Next time it happens, please send us through the Help/Support button:
- A video or screenshot of the ad, showing the advertised game or company name
- The ad provider, often shown under the (i) button (for example Moloco, Liftoff, TikTok or Google)
- Your device model and system version
- A screenshot of Settings showing your TapBlaze ID
If an ad crashed your game mid-day, that day's progress may not have saved. Progress saves at the end of each game day.
