Step 1: Update Your Game ๐
First, make sure your game is fully updated:
- Open your Steam client
- Check for available updates
- Download and install any updates
- Relaunch the game and see if the issue persists
Sometimes bugs are fixed in newer, patched versions.
Step 2: Contact Us ๐ฌ
If the issue still occurs, please contact us via the headset button on your game or the button below, and include:
- A video of the bug
- A detailed explanation of what happened
- Steps that may trigger the issue (if known)
- A screenshot of your Settings page showing your TapBlaze ID
- Send us the information above using the 'Submit A Request' button below.
If your game is crashing, please make sure to include the following as well:
- Text (.txt) document named game.file
- This can be located in your Documents folder
- Attach this file to your email
- An .mdmp file, which can be found in the following locations:
- Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PizzaBusiness\ - Mac:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/PizzaBusiness/
