Players who face a blocked account or forced reset may have:
- Downloaded a third-party cheat in the form of a mod or add-on
- Downloaded a third-party copy of our official game
- Given their player ID, TapBlaze ID, or email to a third-party company to cheat
- Purchased a game account illegally
- Illegally recharged gems, funds, decorations, progress, etc.
- Other suspicious activities that harm overall player experiences and environment
These players MUST reset their data to Day 1 as the data error pop-up says to play on the official version of Good Pizza, Great Pizza cheat-free.
If you are suspected of having downloaded or received help from an unofficial copy, cheat, mod, or code for the game at any time in the past, we will not provide further data assistance. We are unable to clear just your currency amount or reset only partial data, as it is unfair to the players who have earned their items without help from unofficial sources.
If you are 100% sure you have never cheated and need an account review, please submit your request to our support team, including your TapBlaze ID, email used to sign up, and a screenshot of your in-game settings. Our team will perform a manual review to look for suspicious activity and clear the block if it was placed by mistake. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this process!
