Event rewards and purchases are saved at the end of each game day. If you buy, receive or claim something mid-day, keep playing on a stable connection until the Day Summary shows Saved to Server. If the game closes before then, that day's rewards won't be saved.
Still missing something after a full day? Tap the Help/Support button in Settings and send a screenshot of Settings showing your TapBlaze ID, game version and id: number, and tell us which item is missing.
