Events start at the announced time in your local time zone. If you don't see it yet:
- Update to the latest version. Open the game's store page directly to see the Update button.
- Make sure you've played past Day 8.
- Play a few game days. Some events begin when a special character visits your shop.
- Check that your device's date and time are set automatically, you have enough storage, and you're on a stable connection. Then fully close and reopen the game.
Look for the event pop-up on the title screen and new decor in the Shop. If it still doesn't appear, send a screenshot of your title screen and Settings through the Help/Support button.
