Where you request a refund depends on where you bought the item:
| Where you bought it | How to request a refund |
|---|---|
| iPhone or iPad (App Store) | Apple handles all refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't see or process App Store refunds. |
| Android (Google Play) | We can only refund purchases made in the last 30 days. Contact us through Help/Support, forward the emailed Google Play receipt with the GPA order number, and tell us why you'd like a refund. Every case is different, so outcomes can vary. You can also request a refund from Google directly through Google Play. |
| Steam | Valve handles refunds. Open your purchase history, pick the purchase and choose "I would like a refund". |
| Nintendo Switch | Nintendo handles refunds through Nintendo Support. |
| Amazon | Request it yourself in Your Digital Orders on Amazon. |
Item never arrived? You may not need a refund. See How to Receive Your Missing Purchase and we'll send it to you.
Why do prices differ? We set one base price per item. Apple and Google convert it to local prices with their own regional rates and taxes, so the same item can cost a little more or less between stores and regions.
