Please provide us with the information listed below to receive your package:
1. Forward us your emailed purchase receipt sent by the Google Play Store/Apple App Store/Steam Shop. Receipt must have the name of the purchased item, order number, and the accurate amount charged.

- If Android (Google), the receipt must have the GPA. number, item name, the purchased email address, and the game name attached
- If Apple (iOS), the receipt must have the Order ID, item name, the purchased email address, and the game name attached
2. A screenshot of your in-game settings - MUST include a valid TapBlaze ID (please write TapBlaze ID or Player ID numbers on email if no screenshots are available)
3. Send us the information above using the 'Submit A Request' button below.
